Best Bike Rack I've Ever Seen.
I was at the Cherry Blossom Festival in Little Toyko this weekend, and spotted this:

Uh. . . it's nice art, but how do you chain more than two bikes to each one? Can't really stack them vertically. . .
Exactly. It looks like it can only hold two bikes at most.. sounds like a form and function dilemma.
Still, that's 4 bikes in an area normally occupied by nothing (except perhaps a parking meter, which only accomodates 2 bikes at best.
